I pay my domain fees once every 2 years. My last payment according to my on line account information was made in March 2024, that means I'm good till March 2026. yet I just got an e mail that says it will expire at the end of this month. WHY

I received an email saying they were unable to process my payment, but it shows that payment was received on the Homestead site. The money has not been taken out of my account, so I was going to update payment to a different card (even though this one should be working), but it won't update my payme

When I log into my account, I go to account summary, click the "billing and payments" tab, usually I get "service unavailable." However, the "billing and payments" menu came up once. but failed when I attempted to put in my payment information.

I cancelled Locallift essential at least a week prior to my account renewal but I was bill for it anyhow. WHY??? Is this how homestead now does business, I have had my account for at least 20 years.

Is there a minimum package I can subscribe to for my current website usage? I do not require any email, paypal and sub domains. Just the website builder. Also I do not need the domain name y2nature.com anymore, to maintain mederis.biz only.
