Why no visitor count?

I know people are visiting my website.  However, when I log in I show "No Visitors?"  Why is that?

To add Google Analytics to your Homestead website, you need to grab your tracking property code from Google and paste it into your Homestead dashboard settings. [1]
Note: Since Google transitioned completely to Google Analytics 4 (GA4), you will be using a Measurement ID (formatted as G-XXXXXXXXXX) instead of the older Universal Analytics tracking ID (UA-XXXXX).
Depending on which Homestead editor you are using, follow the instructions below:
Option 1: If using Homestead Website Builder
  1. Log into your Google Analytics Account and go to your Admin panel to copy your Measurement ID (the string starting with G-).
  2. Log into your Homestead Website Builder dashboard.
  3. On the left-hand menu, click Manage.
  4. Click on Google Analytics.
  5. Paste your tracking ID into the provided field and click Add Analytics.
  6. Publish your website to push the tracking live. [1]
Option 2: If using Sitebuilder Plus
If your account uses the Sitebuilder Plus platform, you will need to paste Google's global tracking code snippet directly into your site’s header: [1]
  1. In your Google Analytics dashboard under Data Streams, copy the full Global Site Tag (gtag.js) HTML script block.
  2. Open your Sitebuilder Plus editor.
  3. Go to Page Settings from the top menu, then choose Advanced Settings.
  4. Locate the box labeled Head Tag HTML (or Header HTML).
  5. Paste the entire Google tracking script block into this field.
  6. Click Save and then click Publish to make the code live across your site. [1]

Hello,

The Site Stats feature is no longer available. As an alternative, we recommend using Google Analytics to monitor your website traffic, visitor behavior, and overall site performance.
