My Simplestore stopped emailing me new orders. I went and checked the settings, email is correct. I published it again to see if that would help. This makes things difficult for me as I can only check the orders on Homestead through a PC, which I do not always have available. Can you please check in

I have deleted all websites, opted out of auto renew and requested account to be cancelled, it told me I have to call to cancel today - does that mean I have to call to cancel, or is that just if I want to cancel today? I need my account cancelled before renewal next month. Thank you.
