When I click on the Websites Manager link, it gives me the 404 file directory not found page. Bad link?

I get a 404 - FIle or directory not found. I was able to make and publish changes earlier today.

My home page on my website works on the desktop version, but is blank on mobile. All the other pages are there.

We are transitioning site managers. How can we add another contact to manage the site?

I want to park my website for a while but still want to pay and keep domain.

I have been trying to access constant contact since Monday with no success. Is there an update to this issue or help to troubleshoot?

Is anyone else having trouble lately with our spam filters not catching a lot of the spam email such as Walmart, Lowe's, Omaha Steaks, BlueCross, Ace, Kroger, Sams Club, Verizon, Marriot. I'm sure there are more, but that's all I can think of right now. It seems excessive lately.

I hope this can get me relief - I don;t know how to get help. My Roundcube mailbox indicated it was 98% full. I deleted every mail box, including junk and trash, now i get the messaged it is 100% full, and I am not receiving email. Can anyone help me or get me the contact with service?
