Is the Homestead email server down?

Hello! How do I transfer my domain name from Homestead to a new website host? Please provide specific instructions OR a customer service number I can call to get a human being to assist me. Thanks in advance!!!

Today I just can't get beyond this page to edit our website.

I am attempting to delete the domain name from a site I need to eliminate. When I click on delete it comes up with a 404 error code. Please advise.
