I cancelled Locallift essential at least a week prior to my account renewal but I was bill for it anyhow. WHY??? Is this how homestead now does business, I have had my account for at least 20 years.

When I try to upgrade my account, it take me to billing and payments. I just updated my payment method. Please help.

Is there a minimum package I can subscribe to for my current website usage? I do not require any email, paypal and sub domains. Just the website builder. Also I do not need the domain name y2nature.com anymore, to maintain mederis.biz only.

how do I pay if past due

We had an outdated payment method and updated it. We need to apply it to an outstanding balance but there is no obvious to me way to action this. How do I pay this?

I have yet to see a credit on our acct for the service issues and downtime we experienced back in Nov. I have posted here, emailed and spoken to reps on the phone.  Please contact asap.

I think I must have done something wrong a few months ago when I was making some changes. I had several domains I was using and being charged for.  I now am only showing one domain but still being charged for several.  How do I fix this so I am not paying for domains I no longer want.&nbs

Why am I still receiving notifications I need to renew my domain? I paid my annual fee. Why are they still being sent to me?
