Troubleshooting

Hello Is there something wrong with the server that won't let me upload my audio files? 112mb? It has been good for a long time and now it isn't.

I have created a new site to replace my old unsecure sitebuilder plus one. I pointed the domain www.catherinemcelroy.com to the new site and published it. When I try to reach the site online I am receiving a 1001 error message. How can I fix this?

My website www.univacgroup.com is not working/ displaying. Instead of univacgroup.com another website https://senateguru.com is opening. Kindly resolve the issue.

When I go to add a product to my site, I do enter all the same information I used to in the same way but when I check to see if it "took", I get a page that has neither the product photo nor my write-up on it.  Anyone have guidance for how to fix?  Thanks -- 

Social media icons show up on far left published pages. I cant see them on the editor page to delete them.  How can i delete them?

I had to delete my original homepage and would like my domain name to point to a different page but am not having any luck figuring out the web address for a particular page to point to.

Does Homestead not have an internal email service like Roundcube? Other web hosting services like Domain.com do. I've looked around in Homestead account pages but I don't see anything.

I was having trouble with a "mobile view" gallery and called to find out where/how to create a different looking mobile gallery. I was told I couldn't do that.  I know I can, just forgot how.  I asked the guy "Phil"  ha ha ha-not his real name -- how come he didn't know this.  H

I am trying to point my domain to a Shopify store. Someone in Homestead helped me and my domain is still not pointing to Shopify. I saw that she made me a cloudfare account and pointed my domain to cloudflare. I need to know how to get my domain pointed to Shopify. Anyone go thru this as well? Thank

I am trying to create a new website but, all of your templates say Error and not available. Super frustrating. Stopped my motivation to create a teachers resource page that is very needed.
