Troubleshooting

My website can't be found on the web and is redirected. I can make edits when I log in, but the site cant be found on the web. Extremely frustrated!!!

I have downloaded Site builder to install on my windows 10 pc and when i try to install it it keeps saying error 404 and will not work. I would really appreciate in hearing from anyone who could help. Thanks
