We can see our website through homestead but when we go on a browser to look at it, it gives us the Error 404 : the resource you have been looking for has been removed, had its named changed, or its temporarily unavailable. Why?

I published my web site 20 hours ago and it is still not visible on the web using the domain.com unless I use the domain.homesteadcloud.com

When I log in to work on my sites I just get a blank page with "The service is unavailable" at the top. When will this be fixed?

Since it's been 3 months and still no update on their possible return, could HS at least come out and state they will not be fixing this item. It's the least they could do or the most they will do. Thank you.
