I am receiving an image violation error when uploading images. They are in the correct size range and format. I have tried to upload over the last 4 days with no success.

usually it limps along (after taking a 20 minute start-up!) then it stops being able to upload images and takes multiple attempts to save work. I'm going to want to start publishing pages soon and I know that will flat out never work (that has never has been easy).

Why does my site come up as Not Secure? Is there something I can do or do I need to change after 14 years?

Rectangles and circles are not displaying properly on published page. A small icon of a folded page appears in the corner of rectangles on the published page. Also, color circles only appear as an unfilled square with the same icon in the corner.
