How do I adjust view of pages in Sitebuilder Plus so entire page shows on monitor?

Page on sitebuilder deleted and cannot get it back.

I do not have a domain authorization code. Where it should be it says "Could not retrieve email" and below the table says "There was an error retrieving this domain's contact email. Please try again later."

once you uploaded a photo onto a page, do you need to keep the photo file on the website? does the image on the page point back to the file? if you delete the file, does it delete the image off the page? it was suggested that I delete "un-needed files"
