Can anyone explain about API credentails and key simply? My card processor suggested using this in the portal for payments to avoid bots but I am unsure their purpose and how to incorporate. Thank you.

Hello,
API credentials are unique digital identifiers used to authenticate and authorize a program, user, or service when connecting to an Application Programming Interface (API).
Unfortunately, this feature is not natively available in our Website Builder. However, you may use a third-party application that supports API credentials. If the service provides an HTML embed code, we can help integrate it into your Homestead website, provided that the integration is compatible with our HTML module.
