Why cant I send emails

for my domain, www.themusikbox.net, the system shows I have used 5 of 5 email addresses. However, I see only 4 listed. Please clarify.

I just purchased the add on, workspace. However, I used the same email address I had for Roundcube (Rm).  Now I am having trouble accessing the old Roundcube email and I can't migrate the old RC emails into my Google Workspace email.   Was I supposed to use the temporary admin works

NewMusic1.com Says Expired but I renewed

All of a sudden I received about 30 messages saying that my emails out were Mail Delivery Failed. They were to all different email addresses that I don't know.  And since then I get Correct Credentials Needed on my phone app and logging in from my laptop is not possible.  What do I do?
