Log in is failing - Need to get into my calendar and email ASAP

Back in May/June, Roundcube users, including us, were having major issues being bombarded with spam emails. It seemed like Homestead finally got it under control but now this week we have seen a huge uptake in spam once again. It would be appreciated in Homestead would look into this.

It takes forever for the email site to open & when it finally connects to the site, all my emails are gone. You need to fix this ASAP
