When I try to add my homestead email to Gmail, using IMAP incoming 993 or 143 I get an "unable to connect to server" message. Do I lodge a help ticket or can someone help?

I have just had hundreds of Mail Delivery Failed messages in the last hour, and I dont know what to do about it. Any suggestions.

Homestead.com takes me to NetworkSolutions.com. Network Solutions can't find my User ID. I backdoor'd in to my account by way of this community page, but what the heck is going on... My estimated wait time with Network Solutions chat was "less than a minute" 4 minutes ago.
