Hi. I cant find the instructions to setup Microsoft Outlook 365 for Mac POP mail settings. Please help.

I have a domain w Intuit which is SRCCapecod.com, just trying to set up a business email thru google workspace and its asking me to Copy the below code and paste it in the DNS section of your domain host website. How do I go about this?

We have used the auto-reply many times when we are closed for an extended amount of time. I have done several test emails and the response is not working. I get no auto-response. What changed and why is it not working? Like I've said, I have used it many times in the past with no problems.
