Creating a canned response: Click on Settings Click on Responses Enter a name for the response that will be easy for you to pick out when needed. You can click on the little icon to the right of the To or From address when viewing an email. Doing this will add the contact to your address book. At that point, you can click on Address Book from the top right menu and edit the contact information and add them to a group.
