Subject: Outbound mail IP 172.59.217.158 blacklisted on Cloudmark — business email bouncing

Hi, I'm hosting my business email through Homestead (via Roundcube webmail) and my outgoing messages are bouncing with a permanent delivery failure. Details below — hoping someone can escalate this to the mail server team.

The problem: Your outbound mail server IP 172.59.217.158 (server: boswebmail15.eigbox.net) is currently listed on the Cloudmark CSI-Global blocklist. This is blocking delivery to any recipient whose mail provider uses Cloudmark filtering (which includes major providers like Yahoo, AT&T, and many corporate mail systems).

What I need: Please submit a delisting request for this IP at the Cloudmark reset page (https://csi.cloudmark.com/en/reset?ip=172.59.217.158), and if possible let me know if this is a shared IP so I understand whether this is likely to recur.

Full bounce message for reference:

550 172.59.217.158 is listed on Cloudmark CSI-Global. Please visithttps://csi.cloudmark.com/en/reset?ip=172.59.217.158 AUP#BLReporting-MTA: dns; boswebmail15.eigbox.netRemote-MTA: dns; eig-west.smtp.a.cloudfilter.netStatus: 5.0.0

This is affecting my ability to communicate with clients/vendors, so I'd appreciate this being looked at soon. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your email.

Based on the error message you received, it appears that the IP address currently assigned to your service has been blocked by your email provider. To resolve this issue, we will need to submit a request for a new IP address that is compatible with your provider's requirements.

Please note that the IP address replacement process may take approximately 24 to 48 hours to complete. We understand the importance of having your email service fully operational and will work to have this resolved as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know, and we will be happy to assist you further.
