Email Support

For some reason I am not receiving emails. When sending gets kick back as undeliverable.

Hi, I received this email today and wanted to check if this is a spam email or if it is legitimate.

I did create a filter as instructed to have my emails forwarded to my Gmail account but it is not working.

An error occurred! SMTP Error (550): Failed to set sender "support@karenbrownencaustics.com" (Administrative prohibition).

How do you reset your email password

Not sure how to get back into my email accounts from Roundcube? Who can I reach out to get support

Homestead is showing I have zero Roundcube email accounts today and Outlook can't send or receive emails. Everything was functioning normal yesterday. Please get this fixed immediately and restore all of our email accounts. Roundcube appears not accessible via the internet either.
