We have three email addresses that are not working this morning, we are unable to send emails and also unable to receive emails.  I have had one email bounce back with the following message:

Hi @tina8511,

The error indicates that the SMTP server is rejecting the email authentication credentials. To resolve the issue, please verify that your email account is configured correctly in your email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, mobile device, etc.) and ensure that the correct email password is being used.

IMAP Settings

Username: Your full email address
Password: Your email password
Incoming Server: imap.homestead.com
Outgoing Server (SMTP): smtp.homestead.com
Incoming Port: 993
Outgoing Port: 465
Encryption/SSL: Enabled for both incoming and outgoing mail
Outgoing Server Authentication: Enabled (use the same username and password as the incoming server)

Alternative Settings

If you experience issues receiving or sending email, try the following:

Incoming Port: 143
Outgoing Port: 587
Encryption/SSL: Disabled for both incoming and outgoing mail

Additional Troubleshooting

Make sure you are using your full email address as the username.
Verify that the password is correct by logging in to Roundcube Webmail.
If Webmail access works but the email client still fails, the issue is most likely with the email client settings.

If Webmail access does not work, reset the mailbox password and update it in your email client.

If the issue persists after updating the settings above, please let us know which email client you are using and provide a screenshot of the error message so we can further assist you. Thank you.
