SPF Hard Fail with Email and on Global Whitelist
I'm having an issue with my email being blocked by a client I work with (The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston). Please see the error message below. Can this be fixed? This seems to be an issue from time to time with this company as well as some individual client email addresses as well. My email address through your service is tiffany@tiffanyoga.com
------------------------------------------------------
The sender address is on the global whitelist, but the reason for the hold is given as:
SPF Hard Fail
spf=fail (relay.mimecast.com: domain of tiffany@tiffanyoga.com does not designate 35.89.44.34 as permitted sender) smtp.mailfrom=tiffany@tiffanyoga.com

Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your email, and I’d be happy to assist you.
Based on the information provided, it appears that your emails are being blocked by the recipient. One effective way to improve email deliverability and verify the legitimacy of your domain is by configuring email authentication records such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. These records help receiving mail servers validate that emails sent from your domain are legitimate and authorized.
To set this up, we would need to create an account with Cloudflare, a trusted third-party DNS and security provider. Once the account is configured, we can add the necessary DNS records and make the required changes to help improve email delivery and reduce the likelihood of your messages being blocked by recipients.
If you would like to proceed, please reply to this email thread, and I will be more than happy to assist you with the entire setup process.
I look forward to hearing from you.
