Domain Support

The company running the servers for my website need the DNS records from Homestead, the A records or CNAME records. Otherwise I my website cannot show up on the internet. What are those IP numbers?

i have one account and i have two websites on that one account, can i delete one of the websites off of the account and still keep my account active with just one website? Also will you pro rate the charges on my fees?

I manually updated my @ and www records to 34.102.134.10, but the homesteadssl.com validation tool is giving me a 'doesn't exist on builder' error. Can you force-provision my SSL certificate from your end?

Website reads Can't reach this page.

Both of our websites are also not loading on Chrome and Microsoft, but I can search and load anything else. It was recommended on a previous post to check SSL certificate or DNS settings. How do we do this? Please assist
