Need help changing _DMARC on my DNS settings

This month my business has stopped recieving form submissions through my site to my email because of the DMARC policies.  I have numerous customers Ive lost because theyve made submissions to my site that I am not getting.  Between the form site and google and now homestead I finally have to come to the conclusion i need to have my DMARC setting updated but it says I need to ask homestead to help do this.  How do I get someone from homestead to make this change so I can recieve notifications?  This is literally costing me my livelihood and I had no idea it was happening until a customer texted asking why I had not responded to their inquiry and its because I never go it.
