Cannot update DNS settings

Getting an error that due to "partners" the advanced DNS settings cannot be changed. We bought the DNS from Homestead! Let me edit them!

I currently have a Website Gold Plus package that includes the Homestead/Roundcube email mailbox. I saw the May 2026 Community post confirming that Domain-Only Hosting is $14.99/year for one domain. IF I want to downgrade from Website Gold Plus to Domain-Only Hosting while continuing to renew my dom

trying to set up email through google workspace... NOT through Homestead

I keep trying to follow the steps with Google Workspace (on my own, separate account - not part of Homestead and Google collab), but the step for authenticating my email is not being allowed. I try to input the necessary TXT record for DKIM Authentication, but Homestead will not allow the TXT record

Domain registration unsuccessful?

I have a message that my domain registration has been unsuccessful and to contract Homestead and when I click on the contact button, nothing happens. There seems to be no other way to contact this company other than this method through the community?
