The nameserver is pointed to Digicert. I already added the following DNS records but it still doesn't receive the emails. Do you have something to do on the backend that will propagate those records? SPAM has gone wild

Hello. I am so sick of spam and the non user friendly roundcube platform for emails. I got 325....yes 325 SPAM emails over night. WHY do I even have this email platform? Do I need it in order to use homestead website manager? I hate it. I have put filters in place but C0stc0 becomes C0stco and forth

Email between addresses on same domain never received

We have three email addresses under the same domain name. These addresses cannot receive email from each other. How can this be corrected? (They can receive and send email to external addresses.)
