Roundcube

I am able to receive emails, but all replies or new emails are never delivered to the recipient. I have tried on both chrome and safari with no luck.

There are several customers that are not receiving our emails. We can get theirs. Some have gmail and others do not. What can be happening? We were able to receive them in the past.

It is bizarre that even after two years of paying extra to have gmail look after an email account, any homestead email to a gmail account still bounces back. How is this is possible?
