Need to add necessary records in order to receive emails
The nameserver is pointed to Digicert. I already added the following DNS records but it still doesn't receive the emails.
Do you have something to do on the backend that will propagate those records?

If the additional DNS record contains special characters (such as _ or -), the HMS DNS editor may not support it. In this case, we can create a Cloudflare (CF) account for you and use it as a third‑party platform to connect and add the necessary records to ensure your email functions properly. Please provide the domain name here so we can proceed.
