My Simplestore stopped emailing me new orders. I went and checked the settings, email is correct. I published it again to see if that would help. This makes things difficult for me as I can only check the orders on Homestead through a PC, which I do not always have available. Can you please check in

Every few weeks, it just disappears, and I have to call customer support to fix it. This has been happening for many years now. It is frustrating since I cannot call support on the weekend to fix it, and nobody can order from my website. Is there any way any tech support on here can fix it for me? T

Is there a less expensive package than the one I have now. I seems to be very expensive for the use we get? Let me know or we will probably cancel. Thanks, Philip Faber

I am unable to upload additional / new images to me Store. It says that I have no images in my store.

Now everytime I publish it asks if I'm sure I want to publish without the store. I thought I'd erased all pages and references to this mysterious invisible store that doesn't exist, but I can't seem to shake it. Are there any options to get it off my site?
