Unable to access my store

Trying to access my store, but continually get st-edit.mywebsitebuilder.com refused to connect.  I have checked my SSL Certificate and other pertinent info, even tried to get help from Technical Support, to no avail. I have been with Homestead for 14 years, hmmm
