Taking a long time for the website pages to update after publishing

For the past 3 days, it has taken at least an hour or longer for my web pages to acknowledge the changes I have made after publishing in website builder.  I keep refreshing the page and nothing happens.  I've tried different browsers such as Mozilla, Chrome and Edge.

The websites are fromthepressbox.com, kofc10596.com and kofcassembly235.org.   Is there a reason for this?

I tried clearing my cache on all of the browsers but that didn't help either.

It's been over 12 hours and the page has not updated.

Hi @crash,

I checked both the website and the editor and republished the site to ensure everything was up to date. After testing, I confirmed that the live website is displaying the same content and changes shown in the editor.

If you're still seeing outdated content, please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or opening the website in a private/incognito window. You can also test the site from a different device or network.

In many cases, if you frequently visit or edit the website, your device may be displaying a cached version of the site rather than the most recent updates.

If the issue persists after clearing the cache, please let us know and we'll be happy to investigate further. Thank you! 😊

Also, with the cache clearing not working, I tried it in private mode and that didn't help either.

Hi @crash,

We currently do not have any reported issues affecting our services. However, I'd be happy to investigate this further for you.

I will review your website and check for any potential issues that may be causing the delay, such as DNS propagation, website configuration, or connectivity-related concerns. Once I've completed the review, I'll provide you with an update on what I find.

Thank you for your patience, and we'll work to identify the cause of the issue as quickly as possible. 😊

As I stated previously in my original notice, I did clear out the cache and it still didn't help.
