STATS Not Working

My View Stats stopped working yesterday, it's been fine right along except maybe posting the wrong countries viewing my website. Now showing an error code of:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'

Type mismatch: 'CDate'

/v8/handle_params.asp, line 323

Can someone please get this fixed, its hard to assume some of us can understand all the Google Analytics that are suggested. I've used it before and it is complicated. Your services should provide it's own Stats. Thank you in advance.
