Missing items

Good morning. We’ve been trying to edit our home of Bigfoot site. On the backend and when clicking preview, it’s shows our corrections and additions. When you go to the actual website, they aren’t there. 
We have our big festival on the 11th of July and we really need all our info out there to the public. Please advise on how we address this. I have cleared all

cache and cookies on my desktop and still it isn’t working.
