Homestead Internal server error.

There's an internal server error affecting three of my pages, all of which contain large forms.

Whenever someone tries to submit a form on any of these pages, a "500 Internal Server Error" message appears, and the form data is lost. The message shown is: "There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed."

This issue started in September 2025.

I have tried changing the output settings (email, form, or both), but the error persists.

Internal server errors are usually the server's problem, but clearing your browser cache, cookies, or trying a different browser might help.

Hello again! Any news regarding the solution to the issue I reported last week?

@cesar7092 Apologies for the delayed response. We have already escalated this concern to our engineering team, as larger custom forms with many fields are currently breaking. Unfortunately, there is no set time frame for a fix. In the meantime, we recommend using a secure third‑party form solution, especially if your form is requesting sensitive information. There are several free applications available that can help you create and embed secure forms without additional cost.

@judelyn9690

Thank you for your message and for escalating the issue to your engineering team.

However, I would like to point out that this problem falls under Homestead’s responsibility to resolve, as the forms were functioning correctly before and this issue has only arisen recently. It is not reasonable for me to rely on third-party solutions for something that should work properly within your platform, as it did previously.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a timely resolution.

@judelyn9690 Hello. It has now been almost four months since this issue was reported, and nine months since it first began. It has supposedly been under review during this time. Is there any update on a permanent solution?

If not, please let me know whether I should consider escalating this matter through legal channels, as I am paying for a service that is no longer functioning as intended.
