Error 500 When Publishing Pages – Site Not Displaying New Content
I’m experiencing persistent issues with my website: www.locksmith24hours.com. Every time I try to create or publish a new page, I encounter a 500 Internal Server Error, even when the page contains only plain text and no custom HTML.
Here are the tests I’ve run:
- I created a simple test page called /cerrajero-prueba containing only one line of plain text. After publishing, it returned a 500 error.
- I repeated this process multiple times using different names, content variations, and without any custom code.
- I’ve confirmed the issue is not caused by content, since even pages without HTML result in the same error.
- My website uses AJAX-based navigation, and I suspect this might be interfering with the correct loading or rendering of the new pages.
This issue prevents me from updating or expanding my site with important service pages for my business. Please investigate this as a priority. I’d appreciate any guidance or fixes you can offer.
Thank you,
