Continued Issue with Page Errors on Multiple Homestead Websites

Dear Homestead Support,

I’m following up on an issue I previously reported regarding my website www.locksmith24hours.com, where newly created pages (such as /cerrajero-en-san-juan and /cerrajero-prueba) result in 500 Internal Server Errors when accessed live, even though the content and HTML are correctly added.

Now, I’ve identified the same issue occurring on another website hosted with Homestead, www.asistenciaenlacarretera.com, which follows a similar structure and design. After testing on both sites:

🔍 Findings:

• Pages created with custom HTML or even with basic text content throw 500 errors upon publishing.
• The main domains load fine, but subpages do not render even if published properly.
• I’ve verified that this happens regardless of whether the page is linked internally or accessed directly via its URL.
• Caching, browser issues, or content errors were ruled out, as multiple users from different devices tested the same behavior.

• https://www.locksmith24hours.com/cerrajero-en-san-juan → Error 500
• https://www.locksmith24hours.com/cerrajero-prueba → Error 500
• https://www.asistenciaenlacarretera.com/asistencia-prueba → (Same issue if published)

Both websites use AJAX-based navigation templates and are hosted on Homestead. This leads me to believe the problem may lie with:

• The Homestead backend server setup for AJAX templates.
• A misconfiguration in how new pages are published or indexed.

Please investigate if there are:

1. Backend configuration issues affecting multiple sites using similar templates.
2. Server-side publishing errors causing new pages to fail.
3. Any caching or propagation delay that is causing these pages to fail only after publishing.

This issue is affecting the SEO, visibility, and usability of my business websites. I would really appreciate it if you could escalate this matter and provide a clear resolution path.
