Confused over which builder I am using

I currently have Website Gold Plus Package. I have my home page set to Under Construction while I work to add new products. I have a couple of questions. I decided to add a new site to take the place of my old one. I wanted a new look. When I clicked on Add New Site, it said I am being upgraded Free to Website Builder. (I thought I was already using Website Builder.) Then it asked me to create a name, and it showed the ending as icloud.com. From my understanding, Once I create it and finish setting it up, I will be able to delete my old site and the new one will replace it. However, can all the products I've been adding be automatically transferred over to the new site, or will I have to add them all to the new site? I thought I had the latest version of Website Builder, but I'd like to know for sure. Thanks for any help you ca be.
