CNAME won't let me add it becasue the host is the same name

The host has www then the domain name and then the numbers
when I go to add the CNAME I put in the "points to" and then the host www and I get this warning, but no answer to how to fix it:
"The names of your CNAME host and any of your A record hosts cannot match."
how do I get my domain name to use in  Go High Level?

To add a CNAME record to your Homestead website, log in to your Account Manager, go to the Domains section, and select "Advanced DNS Settings" for your domain. In the CNAME (Alias) section, edit the www record to point to websites.homestead.com. For subdomains, add a new record with the specific host and point it to stores.homestead.com
Steps to Add a CNAME Record on Homestead
  1. Log in: Access your Homestead Account Manager.
  2. Access DNS: Navigate to the Domains menu and select Manage or DNS Manager for the specific domain.
  3. Edit/Add CNAME:
    • For www: Find the www record under the CNAME (Alias) section, click Edit, and set the "Points to" field to websites.homestead.com.
    • For Subdomains: Click Add New Record, select CNAME as the type, and enter the Alias Name (e.g., blog) and the destination address (e.g., target.homestead.com).
  4. Save: Click Save Zone File or Submit to apply changes.
Key Details
  • Propagation Time: Changes can take up to 24-72 hours to become active across the internet.
  • Alternative Method: If using a third-party registrar, you must update the DNS settings within that specific provider's control panel (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap).
  • Caution: Editing existing A records for the root domain might be necessary if you are switching fully to Homestead.

I Thank you for your help.

I did this:

Edit/Add CNAME:

  • For www: Find the www record under the CNAME (Alias) section, click Edit, and set the "Points to" field to websites.homestead.com.

but when I entered the info for Go High Level, that is when I got the message
"The names of your CNAME host and any of your A record hosts cannot match."
 I will call support
