CLIENTS CUSTOMERS NOT BEING ABLE TO CHECK OUT IN THE STORE

my client says many of his customers cannot check out when they go to purchase in his store. I've done nothing different when updating his website. Please advise.

Are you editing the Simple Store using SB+? What is the platform you're using SB+ or Websitebuilder? What is the website address?

I am getting quit disturbed with HOMESTEAD.  People are saying they place an order and it does not show up on my site in anyway shape or form.  $50.00 + a month for your hosting services and store is getting to be a waste of money and my time.  If my customers cannot place orders I lose those clients and my business suffers.  So tell me:

1.   Where do orders/where are orders suppose to appear on your web store.

2.   Why isn't there a simple downloadable manual on all the operations of a store simple or otherwise on Homestead?  

I have used Homestead for almost 20 years to host three businesses I owned and the support has been less than satisfactory.

Perhaps your payment details aren't complete. You'll need to add your email address to receive notices from the Simple Store.

To set up a "Homestead Plus Store" using the "Store Simple" feature on your Homestead platform, you'll need to navigate to the Store section within your Homestead dashboard, enable the "Store Simple" option, and then configure product listings, payment details, shipping options, and other necessary settings to start selling products online directly through your Homestead website.

I've done all that.   My site is up and set with Paypal and Stripe.  All information necessary was set.
