CHANGES ARE NOT PUBLISHING!!!!!

Please HELP!!!!! I have a very angry customer! I do the changes in my editor, SAVE A LOT OF TIMES, in the preview evrything is fine BUT IN THE PUBLISH PAGE I have the previous version.

I deleted the COOKIES and everything, but the changes I made doesn't show!!! I have two days struggling with this!!
