Cannot upload photos to gallery in web builder

I am trying to add photos to my existing website galleries however when I click on "add images" and then click the "upload images" button nothing happens; the button is not functioning. It usually has a browser that opens to browse for the images on my laptop I want to upload but now it acts like a dead link. I cleared cache, logged in and out and nothing changes. This has been going on for a few weeks now. Please advise.

thank you...will probably call...we can't get to trying to upload the file, the button doesn't fucntion...as i mentioned in OP I already cleared history, cache, restarted browser, etc.
