bring forward send backward functions not working

I'm updating my site with SiteBuilder Plus and the 'bring forward' and 'send backward' functions when clicking on images have not been working for the last while.

Could you please fix this and let me know when it's working again?

Unless they're shutting down SB+, these instructions should work.

HOW TO SEE ALL THE ELEMENTS ON A PAGE:
In your editor, press the CTRL key down and tap A. This will highlight all the elements on the page. You should then be able to find the element, click on it, and move it.

LAYERING ELEMENTS:
Layering procedure: Select the element > right-click> choose your layering command.

Thanks for trying. It should work but it doesn't. I've been using this site for about 20 years. But right now the layering command is not working on my site.
