Another DNS 1001 Error code on my site

I need my site to WORK opposite paying for it to work. I have another DNS code error on the site (third time this has happened!) and I can't get any support to get it to start working until Monday- meanwhile my customers can not find me or make any orders! This COSTS ME MONEY WHILE HOMESTEAD KEEPS BILLING ME FOR |SERVICES THAT RANDOMLY DISSAPPEAR.
