My website has an online application once people finish filling it out they are getting a 500 server error and it will not send it through to me? I went online and tried a test as did a person from your help line last week and I received both of those test applications but NONE others have been successful in a week and that is about 10 others. How do I fix this, I am losing customers?

www.allegiancepwds.com I spoke to help desk and we both did a test and several others in their office from phones and computers and it worked for them 4 times. They said people would have to clear their cache or change browsers. We used Edge and Chrome to do it.

@amy6821 Hi Amy, I tried to fill out the form on your website and received the attached error message (see screenshot). Please review the recommendation provided. Additionally, I would like to know if other users who encountered the 500 error while filling out the form are using the same internet providers.

I don't see the error on screenshot just says it was submitted. I however just finished creating an all new application on the site so perhaps that will fix the problem. If you could try again at your convenience. Thank you
