website host cache issue

Updated my website a few days ago & it looks fine.  Checked it on my computer and iPhone plus several others.  But I have many customers telling me they can only see the old version of the site.  I used AI to check it out & seems there can be a cache issue on the hosting end.  Hostgator tech support is only open Monday to Friday so I would appreciate any help here.

It may take some time to propulgate. Have your customers refresh their browsers.

Thanks Russell5607 but it has been nearly a week.  And I have told customers to refresh browsers.  But many customers have no clue what refreshing a browser even means, let alone how to do it.

I made a few small changes to the website and republished.  Lets see how that works...

Thanks Russell.  I understand that changes can take some time to promulgate but it has been nearly a week.  I made some small changes and republished.  Lets see how that helps.  And I have told customers to refresh browsers but many of them have no idea what that means or how to do it.

It seems that the small changes I made & then republishing may have fixed the issue some of my customers were having.  Lets wait and see if it has fixed it for everyone...  Thanks for the offer!  I may still need your help ;-)
