Web Site Diversion Problem

Hi - I had tried to do this some months back whereby I had a project - created an adobe spark page for an easy one page landing page - gave people the correct domain and they said it did not work and I could not understand why.

Now I have the same problem and can see what is happening but do not understand how your system could operate this way.

So - I have a domain with you www.moremoneyinthebank.com

when I type it in to my browser I can see the transfer working perfectly but only if I add the www. part at the beginning.

The more modern way of using an address bar is to not use the www. part.

Thus I cannot use a signature tag that says #moremoneyinthebank.com as people will not use the www. part

why does your system do this and can you do anything to rectify it.

Regards,

Kind of you to interject with your pointer Russell

However, I had already done the change the site association but the domain through the new association only works by using the full www. at the front of the domain name but people just do not use that in most cases these days

Hello,

This is because of the way you have it pointing. The forward is set up on the www. subdomain only. Does this hosting company have a way for us to point the domain via DNS? Or are they able to host the nameservers on their end?
