Saving then Publishing but not seeing changes

Working on a site, making changes, hitting save, then hitting publish then going to a browser to confirm (chrome and firefox) even hitting refresh page, but still seeing the old page before the edits.

I go back into the page in the builder, confirm yes those things are changed, i hit save again, publish again, go back re open the firefox and chrome browswers even hit refresh page but the old page is still showing not the current new edits.

After I hit publish is there some time that it takes out there in cyberland for it to become active as the new page edit or am I missing something?

I do this one page for a friend and she sends me a pic to add or words to edit, i do them save and publish but then she says it isnt showing, i say hit refresh on your browser maybe, and i confirm here in chrome and firefox and refresh myself but not seeing those changes...
