file manager doesn't show all pages

I have not edited my personal website in a few years. Now I am trying to update. But the file manager doesn't show all my pages so I cannot edit some. (These pages do exist because I can go to them in the website.) Anybody have a hint?

I also have many obsolete photos but don't see a way to delete them. Again File Manager shows only a handful.
