Not Receiving Emails

There are several customers that are not receiving our emails.  We can get theirs.  Some have gmail and others do not.  What can be happening?  We were able to receive them in the past.

Hello, 

I updated your SPF record, which may have been the cause of this issue. 

 

If you still continue to experience this problem, are you using Roundcube directly or a 3rd party email client?

Thanks Elyzabethv, we are using Roundcube directly with Windows Outlook as a backup.  If emails are not received in Roundcube, it does not flow over to Outlook.  Emails from gmail and certain other customers are not coming through.

We were able to receive messages from someone using gmail as of 5/22/2025.
