You need to log into your GoDaddy account, view the DNS for this domain, and cross check it with the DNS records in the article I shared. Correct any that are different.
@elyzabethv Godaddy is asking which IP's we need to add. I have sent them the article. When we added every single one of them on the article, it made our website not work and have an SSL error.
