trying to reset password
I was trying to log into my account, was told that I have to reset my password. Your system would not send me the email to be able to do that. I tried multiple times! So I called for help. They are unable to help me because they can't verify my account. They tried to email me & that wouldn't go through either. I don't know why the credit card number that is on my statement with the charge from Homestead does not have the correct number on it. I don't know why emails that you were supposedly sending me were going through. What I do know is that I am VERY frustrated - I did not ask to reset my password, you TOLD me I had to! Then you can't enable me to do that! I just spent well over an hour wasting my time on this and I finally got the email & got my password reset but it should not have been such a hassle. If this ever happens again we will be cancelling our Homestead account.
