Technical SEO Errors

I have a website where the problem is whenever I run the website on any 3rd party tool it doesn't count content/text words but during the comparison, competitors websites shows the content word count. Similarly, I have internal linking done at the pages but tools are not able to find it.

If these basic things will not get fixed, then how I can improve my website organic position?
