SPAM Issue UPDATE!!!!!!!

As we all know, some customers are currently receiving hundreds of spam emails. We want to assure you that our team is actively monitoring this issue and has already blocked a significant number of senders. Spam is always present and nearly impossible to eliminate because spammers constantly adapt. Even with advanced filters, new techniques like spoofing, botnets, and AI‑generated content keep bypassing defenses.

Spam in shared hosting can be reduced but not fully eliminated. The most effective actions involve configuring filters (SpamAssassin (Which is not currently present in Homestead), RoundCube rules), enabling authentication records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and considering upgrades to professional email services or dedicated servers for stricter control.
