Spam emails

I have gone to Roundcube webmail and tried to add filters. I add the info using the drop-down boxes and try to add more rules, but it won't add more. I try to save it and add one rule at a time, but when I click save, nothing happens. How do I add the filters? I am getting hundreds of spam/junk emails a day.
