Roundcube is only 12% full and is not receiving emails
I've been having issues with Homestead email so long that I'm having customers use a gmail account I had to set up months ago, but it shouldn't have to be this way, I pay for email that is not working. Currently, my Roundcube is only 12% full and it will not receive emails. Any clue why? I need to get this fixed, how does Homestead expect people to run businesses when something as basic & essential as email doesn't work for months at a time?!

i am having the same issue. Sad thing, I cant get to customer support as choosing 1 as option not selecting on various phones i used. I am annoyed

Homestead,
I am in the UK and tried to get through to customer support but cant get past the options. Each time i press 1 it's not selecting. I used a mobile phone and a landline. So some issue with your system.
my email on account is markbrowb52@hotmail.com - please can you look into why no email is coming in from 3 different domains:
marnor.net
championsflc.com
championshouse.com
No email is sending or receiving from any of them.
I cant reach you.
HELP!!!!
