Outbound SMTP Block on My Email Account

My Homestead email accounts can send through Roundcube, but messages sent through SMTP (eM Client) are accepted and placed in the Sent folder but never delivered. There are no errors or bounce-backs. This indicates an outbound SMTP filter or block on my account or domain. Please clear the outbound SMTP block and reset the sending reputation for my domain. Thank you.
